Preparation time - 20 minutes Cooking time      -  45 minutes Serve                 -   2-3 Ingredients - For marinade - 400 gm     Mutton 2 tbsp       Refined oil 1 tsp         Kashmiri red chili powder 1 nos        Dry red chili (whole)  2 nos        Green chilies ( whole)  1 nos        Chopped onion Salt to taste Curd mixture - ½ cup    Whisked curd 1 tbsp    Ginger garlic powder/ paste 1 tsp      Coriander powder ¼ tsp      Turmeric powder ½ tsp      Red chili powder 1 tbsp     Birista For tempering - 1 inch      Cinnamon stick 8 nos       Black peppercorn 1 nos       Black cardamom For mutton pulao - 1 tbsp      Birista Marinated Mutton Curd mixture Water as required Basmati rice Ghee for cooking Salt to taste Procedure - 1.In a bowl add all the ingredients listed under "marinade" and keep aside for 60 minutes.
