Hash Brown by Sandipta's Cookery Preparation time - 20 minutes Cooking time      -  40 minutes Serve                 -    4 Ingredients - 3-4 nos        Potatoes (raw)  2 tbsp          Butter 2 tbsp          Rice flour ½ tsp           Red chili powder 1 tsp            Onion powder 1 tsp            Black pepper powder 1 tbsp          Corn flour 2-3 tbsp      Grated cheese Ice cold water as required Salt to taste Oil for frying Procedure: -   1.At first grate the potatoes.
