Birthday Cake by Sandipta's Cookery


Preparation time - 20 minutes

Cooking time      -  40 minutes

Serve                 -    4


Ingredients -


1-½ cup       Refined flour

¼  cup         Cocoa powder

1 tbsp          Baking powder

½ tsp           Baking soda

½ cup          Milk

100 ml         Heavy cream

200 gm        Dark chocolate

1 tbsp           Butter

1 cup            Whipping cream

2 tbsp           Sugar

2 tbsp           Water

½ cup           Melted butter

1 cup            Powdered sugar

2 tsp             Vanilla essence

Salt a pinch

Water

Decorating item as your choice


**Preheat your cooker or vessel for 10 minutes on low heat**


Procedure -


1.In a container add sugar and water, mix well keep aside.

2. In another bowl add melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla essence mix well. 

(āĻ…āύ্āϝ āĻāĻ•āϟি āĻŦাāϟিāϤে āĻ—āϞাāύো āĻŽাāĻ–āύ, āĻ—ুঁāĻĄ়ো āϚিāύি, āĻ­্āϝাāύিāϞা āĻāϏেāύ্āϏ āĻ­াāϞ āĻ•āϰে āĻŽিāĻļিāϝ়ে āύিāύ)




3. Add refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, combine well. 

( āĻŽāϝ়āĻĻা, āĻ•োāĻ•ো āĻĒাāωāĻĄাāϰ, āĻŦেāĻ•িং āĻĒাāωāĻĄাāϰ, āĻŦেāĻ•িং āϏোāĻĄা, āύুāύ, āĻĻুāϧ āĻĻিāϝ়ে āĻ­াāϞোāĻ­াāĻŦে āĻŽিāĻļি⧟ে āύিāύ)




4. In a cake mould, tined with butter paper and pour the batter, tap few time and bake 45 -50 minutes. 

(āĻāĻ•āϟি āĻ•েāĻ•েāϰ āĻ›াঁāϚে āĻŽাāĻ–āύেāϰ āĻ•াāĻ—āϜ āĻĻিāύ āĻāĻŦং āĻŦ্āϝাāϟাāϰ āĻĸাāϞুāύ, āĻ•āϝ়েāĻ•āĻŦাāϰ āϟ্āϝাāĻĒ āĻ•āϰে āύিāύ āĻāĻŦং ā§Ēā§Ģ-ā§Ģā§Ļ āĻŽিāύিāϟ āĻŦেāĻ• āĻ•āϰুāύ)




5. In a bowl, add heavy cream, dark chocolate, butter and melt. Chocolate ganache is ready. 

(āĻāĻ•āϟি āĻĒাāϤ্āϰে, āĻšেāĻ­ি āĻ•্āϰিāĻŽ, āĻĄাāϰ্āĻ• āϚāĻ•োāϞেāϟ, āĻŽাāĻ–āύ āύিāϝ়ে āĻ—āϞিāϝ়ে āύিāύ  āϚāĻ•োāϞেāϟ āĻ—াāĻŖাāϚ āĻĒ্āϰāϏ্āϤুāϤ)





6. Beat whipping cream untill soft peak. Once it done, mix prepared chocolate ganache 2 tbsp and mix well.

Frosting is ready. After 50 minutes, remove the cake, and cool completely. Divide the cake into 2 equal parts.

  āĻĢ্āϰāϏ্āϟিং āĻĒ্āϰāϏ্āϤুāϤ,ā§Ģā§Ļ āĻŽিāύিāϟেāϰ āĻĒāϰে, āĻ•েāĻ•āϟি āĻŦেāϰ āĻ•āϰে āύিāύ, āĻāĻŦং āĻĒুāϰোāĻĒুāϰি āĻļীāϤāϞ āĻ•āϰুāύ।  āĻ•েāĻ•āĻ•ে 2 āϟি āϏāĻŽাāύ āĻ­াāĻ—ে āĻ­াāĻ— āĻ•āϰুāύ)



7. Apply some sugar syrup, add frosting. 

(āĻ…āϞ্āĻĒ āϚিāύি āϏিāϰাāĻĒ āĻĒ্āϰāϝ়োāĻ— āĻ•āϰুāύ, āĻĢ্āϰāϏ্āϟিং āϝোāĻ— āĻ•āϰুāύ)



8. Place another part of the cake, apply some sugar syrup cover entire cake with frosting.

9. Decorate the cake with your choice.

How To Make Mutton Shahi Korma| Easy Recipe of Mutton Mutton Shahi Korma Preparation time - 30 minutes Cooking time - 1 hour 15minutes Serve - 2 Ingredients - For marinade - 500 gm Mutton 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste ½ cup Beaten curd 1 tbsp Red chili powder 2 tbsp Coriander powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Cumin powder Salt to taste Whole spices - 1 tsp Cumin seeds 4 nos Black peppercorn 1 nos Black cardamom 2 nos Green cardamom 1 inch Cinnamon stick 2 nos Bay leaves 4 nos Cloves 1 nos Mace ¼ Nutmeg(grated) Other ingredients - ½ cup Birista (crushed) 10 nos Cashew nuts ( paste) 2-3 nos Green chilies 2 tsp Garam masala powder 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Saffron water Hot water as required Ghee Procedure - 1.Take a bowl, add all the ingredients listed under "marinade" for an hour.
