Tandoori Aloo Chat



Preparation time -  20 minutes
Cooking time      -   40 minutes
Serve                  -    4


    Ingredients -

    For Aloo -


    6-7 nos      Boiled potato ( cubes) 

    1 tbsp        Mustard oil

    1 tbsp        Ginger garlic paste

    ½ cup         Onion petals

    ½ cup         Capsicum petals

    Salt to taste

    Water for boiling

    Melted butter as required


    Powder spices -


    1 tbsp         Kashmiri red chili powder

    1 tbsp         Coriander powder

    1 tbsp         Turmeric powder

    1 tsp            Cumin powder

    1 tsp            Amchur powder

    1 tsp            Black salt

    1 tsp            Kasuri methi

    1 tsp            Garam masala powder



    For chat -


    Tandoori aloo

    Sliced onion

    Julianne ginger

    Chopped green chili

    Lemon juice

    Green chutney

    Tamarind chutney

    Melted butter

    Fresh cream

    Beaten curd

    Chat masala

    Chopped coriander leaves


    Procedure -


    1.In a mixing bowl add mustard oil along with all ingredients listed under " powder spices"         and mix well and add boiled potatoes, onion - capsicum petals, mix well.

āĻāĻŦং āĻ­াāϞোāĻ­াāĻŦে āĻŽিāĻļ্āϰিāϤ āĻ•āϰুāύ āĻāĻŦং āϏেāĻĻ্āϧ āφāϞু, āĻĒেঁāϝ়াāϜ - āĻ•্āϝাāĻĒāϏিāĻ•াāĻŽ āĻĒাāĻĒāĻĄ়ি āϝুāĻ•্āϤ āĻ•āϰুāύ, āĻ­াāϞāĻ­াāĻŦে āĻŽিāĻļ্āϰāĻŖ     āĻ•āϰুāύ) 



    2. Skew the potatoes, onion, capsicum and grill from all sides. Apply some melted butter. 


    (āϏ্āĻ•িāωāϝ়াāϰ āϏ্āϟিāĻ•ে  āφāϞু, āĻĒেঁāϝ়াāϜ, āĻ•্āϝাāĻĒāϏিāĻ•াāĻŽ āĻĻিāύ āĻāĻŦং āĻ—্āϰিāϞ āĻ•āϰুāύ āϚাāϰāĻĻিāĻ•ে।  āĻ•িāĻ›ুāϟা āĻ—āϞাāύো āĻŽাāĻ–āύ āϞাāĻ—াāύ) 




    3. Now again grill it on open fire. 

    (āĻāĻŦাāϰ āφāĻŦাāϰ āĻ–োāϞা āφāĻ—ুāύে āĻ—্āϰিāϞ āĻ•āϰুāύ) 



    4. In a mixing bowl add prepared tandoori aloo, sliced onion, chopped green chili, lemon             juice, green chutney. 


    (āĻāĻ•āϟি āĻŽিāĻļ্āϰāĻŖ āĻĒাāϤ্āϰে āĻĒ্āϰāϏ্āϤুāϤ āϤāύ্āĻĻুāϰি āφāϞু, āϏ্āϞাāχāϏ āĻ•āϰে āĻ•াāϟা āĻĒেঁāϝ়াāϜ, āĻ•াঁāϚা āϞāĻ™্āĻ•া āĻ•ুāϚি, āϞেāĻŦুāϰ āϰāϏ, āϏāĻŦুāϜ āϚাāϟāύি         āĻĻিāύ) 



    5. Add tamarind chutney, melted butter, fresh cream, beaten curd, chat masala, chopped             coriander leaves.

Stirring continuously until pudding is thicken. Add dark chocolate, heavy cream.
