How to make Panna Cotta | Panna Cotta recipe| Healthy Panna cotta at Home by Sandipta's Cookery

Ingredients -

1 cup        Milk

½ cup       Heavy cream

1 tsp         Vanilla essence


Unflavoured gelatin powder


Sugar according to your taste


Procedure -


1.Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and keep aside for about 10 minutes. 

(ā§¨ āĻšা āĻšাāĻŽāĻš āĻ াāĻŖ্āĻĄা āĻœāĻ˛ে  āĻœেāĻ˛āĻŸিāĻ¨ āĻĻ্āĻ°āĻŦীāĻ­ূāĻ¤ āĻ•āĻ°ুāĻ¨ āĻāĻŦং āĻĒ্āĻ°াāĻ¯় ā§§ā§Ļ āĻŽিāĻ¨িāĻŸেāĻ° āĻœāĻ¨্āĻ¯ āĻāĻ•āĻĒাāĻļে āĻ°েāĻ–ে āĻĻিāĻ¨) 


2. In a pan add the cream, milk and sugar to a simmer over medium-low heat, Do not boil.

(āĻāĻ•āĻŸি āĻĒ্āĻ¯াāĻ¨ে āĻ•্āĻ°িāĻŽ, āĻĻুāĻ§ āĻāĻŦং āĻšিāĻ¨ি  āĻĻিāĻ¯়ে āĻŽাāĻাāĻ°ি āĻ¸্āĻŦāĻ˛্āĻĒ āĻ†ঁāĻšে āĻ—āĻ°āĻŽ āĻ•āĻ°ে āĻ¨িāĻ¨,āĻĢোāĻŸাāĻŦেāĻ¨ āĻ¨া) 


3.When sugar has dissolved remove from heat add vanilla essence. Let cool for 5 minutes before adding the gelatin.

4. Add gelatin in the milk mixture and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.  Pour it in the serving glasses and refrigerate until it sets.

5. This time, make the milk mixture once more in the same way and add pink food coloring to it.

6.Take the glasses out of the fridge, pour the mixture and put it back in the fridge until set.

7. Ready to serve.
