Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste


Ingredients -

For marinade -


500 gm    Chicken

¾ tsp        Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

Spice powder -


½ tsp         Turmeric powder

1.5 tsp       Red chili powder

2 tsp          Coriander powder

½ tsp         Cumin powder

¾ tsp         Garam masala powder

2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted) 


Other ingredients - 


3 tbsp       Olive oil

2 nos        Onions ( grated) 

2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste

4 tbsp        Tomato puree

3 tbsp        Beaten curd

¼ cup       Cashew paste

2-3 nos     Slit green chili

150 ml      Water

Salt to taste


Procedure -


1.In a bowl add chicken and marinate with the ingredients listed under "marinade" and keep aside for 30 minutes. 

(একটি বাটিতে চিকেন নিন এবং "মেরিনেড" এর নীচে তালিকাভুক্ত উপাদানগুলি দিয়ে মেরিনেট করুন ৩০ মিনিটের জন্য ) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste

2. Heat oil in a wok and add grated onion, fry till the colour changes. 

(একটি পাত্রে তেল গরম করে তাতে পেঁয়াজ দিন, রঙ পরিবর্তন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ভাজুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste

3. Add ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and cook on high flame till the colour changes . 

(আদা রসুন বাটা, মেরিনেটেড চিকেন দিন এবং রঙ পরিবর্তন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত উচ্চ শিখায় রান্না করুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste


4. Add turmeric - red chili - coriander - cumin powder and cook for 4-5 minutes. 

(হলুদ - লংকা গুড়ো - ধনে - জিরে গুঁড়ো দিয়ে ৪-৫ মিনিট রান্না করুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste

5. Add tomato puree , give a nice stir and cook till oil separates. 

(টমেটো পিউরি দিন এবং তেল পৃথক হওয়া পর্যন্ত রান্না করুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste

6. Add cashew paste, beaten curd .  Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. 

(কাজু বাটা, ফেটানো টক দই যোগ করুন।  ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিন এবং অল্প আঁচে ২ মিনিট রান্না করুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste

7. Add water , slit green chili, give a nice stir, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. 

(জল ও কাচা লঙ্কা দিয়ে নাড়ুন এবং ঢেকে ১৫ মিনিটের জন্য কম আঁচে রান্না করুন) 


Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time      -  50 minutes Serve                    -   3  Ingredients - For marinade -  500 gm    Chicken ¾ tsp        Black pepper powder Salt to taste  Spice powder -  ½ tsp         Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp       Red chili powder 2 tsp          Coriander powder ½ tsp         Cumin powder ¾ tsp         Garam masala powder 2 tsp          kasuri methi ( roasted)   Other ingredients -   3 tbsp       Olive oil 2 nos        Onions ( grated)  2 tsp         Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp        Tomato puree 3 tbsp        Beaten curd ¼ cup       Cashew paste 2-3 nos     Slit green chili 150 ml      Water Salt to taste


8. Add garam masala, kasuri methi , mix well . Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. 

(গরম মশলা, কসুরি মেথি দিয়ে ভালো করে মেশান।  ৩ মিনিটের জন্য অল্প আঁচে জ্বাল দিন)

9. Serve hot.

(অন্য একটি বাটিতে ভাজা পেঁয়াজ এবং রসুন দিন। অল্প অল্প করে গুঁড়ো এবং রেড চিলি ফ্লেক্সের সাথে মিশ্রিত করুন) 4. Take a boiled egg and make a slit in the centre about half way through. (একটি সিদ্ধ ডিম নিন এবং মাঝখানে প্রায় অর্ধেক চেরা করুন) 5. Stuff the onion - garlic- red chili flakes mixture. (পেঁয়াজ-রসুন- রেড চিলি ফ্লেক্সের মিশ্রণটি দিন) 6. Add a few drops of salt water, fried oil, and tamarind water. (কয়েক ফোঁটা নুন জল, ভাজা তেল এবং তেঁতুলের জল দিন) 7. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve. ( সবশেষে ধনে পাতা দিয়ে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন)
